Job summary

Mobile Management, a division of Telecom Service Bureau, is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to represent Easy Wireless in-store and at community events, helping customers access Lifeline and other wireless programs.

You will enroll customers, explain services, provide basic tech support, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules while thriving in a fast-paced, outbound environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet, data entry).
• Comfortable outdoors, able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community events.
• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline and other programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
• Engage with customers to explain services and provide tech support.
• Operate mobile tents/booths, setup/teardown, inventory management.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.
