Job summary

Mobile Management is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to serve as the face of Easy Wireless at stores and community events. You’ll connect customers with federal Lifeline programs, deliver product info, and provide device support while earning through base pay and incentives.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and advancement opportunities in a company that has served communities for over 20 years. Health, dental, and vision options become available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community outreach events.
• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline and other government-subsidized wireless programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
• Engage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide device support.
• Set up, tear down, and manage inventory at mobile tents and booths.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.
