Mobile Management, Inc. is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to connect qualifying individuals with Lifeline and other programs while you build your career. You’ll represent Easy Wireless in stores and at outreach events, delivering friendly service and real help to communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet, data entry).
• Able to work outdoors, lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at events.
• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline and other programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support.
• Set up and manage mobile tents and booths; handle inventory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement.
