Indiana University Health is looking for a Training Lead for critical care transport (CCT) teams in Indianapolis. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs to ensure team members receive the necessary clinical instruction.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree, relevant experience, and must possess Basic Life Support certification. The role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for the EMS environment.
Full Time, Days. Plans, facilitates, implements, and evaluates trainings for critical care transport (CCT) clinical team members. Supports all CCT teams, ensures clinical instruction is properly coordinated, and team members receive adequate medical and technical instruction, exposure, and experience in their professional discipline. May include travel to statewide bases and a staffing component to ensure current skills and maintain active engagement with clinical care in the field.
