Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of CCT transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor new hire academy.
• Manage certifications for CCT team members.
• Lead simulation training, including operation of Laerdal SIM mannequins.
• Conduct training activities at Lifeline bases across Indiana as needed.
