Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Lifeguard to enforce water-safety policies, prevent emergencies, and assist members and guests with concerns within the scope of the position.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with aquatics industry.
• Swimming proficiency.
• Minimum of 1 year lifeguarding preferred.
• Education/Certification required.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Current American Red Cross or Ellis and Associates Lifeguard Certification (includes CPR/First Aid/AED).
• Understands and can utilize American Red Cross standards of teamwork, rescue and surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Perform lifeguard duties and enforce water safety policies.
• Prevent and respond to emergencies and assist members/guests as needed.
