Job summary

Healthtrax is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to greet pool users, oversee safety, and enforce pool rules. The role includes basic pool maintenance tasks and reporting equipment or safety concerns to management while promptly removing hazards.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with members and guests of all ages, maintain Red Cross and CPR certifications, and participate in safety during events in the aquatics area. Education partnerships are offered.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current Red Cross and CPR Certifications.
• Greeting pool users and enforcing pool rules.
• Ability to communicate with members and guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Greet pool users and assist with pool maintenance and safety.
• Enforce pool rules and respond to safety concerns; report equipment issues to management.
• Assist during special events in the aquatics area, such as children's birthday parties.

The Lifeguard position is responsible for greeting pool users, pool maintenance, safety and enforcement of pool rules. Must provide written and verbal notification to management of any equipment problems, pool repair needs or safety concerns while removing potential hazards immediately.

Must have a pleasing personality to communicate well with members, guests of all ages. Responsible for safety and compliance during special events in aquatics area such as children’s birthday pool parties.

Must maintain current Red Cross and CPR Certifications
