Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure a safe pool environment and enforce rules. You will respond to injuries and emergencies, teach private and group swim lessons, and support the development and marketing of swim programs.

Responsibilities include assisting in aquatics center maintenance and cleanliness, with certifications (Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid) required or obtainable at hire. Minimum age is 16.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at hire.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area and ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and respond to injuries or emergencies per policy.
• Teach private & group swim lessons for kids and adults of all abilities.
• Assist in development, implementation and marketing of swim programs.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.
