21 - EXOS Community Services, LLC is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. You will monitor the pool area, enforce rules, respond to incidents, and assist in teaching private and group swim lessons.

You will also help develop and market innovative swim programs and assist in maintaining the aquatics center. The ideal candidate is at least 16 years old and holds a Lifeguarding Certification (or can obtain it at hire), plus CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (or obtain at hire).

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Hold a current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or obtain at hire.
• Prior lifeguarding or swim instruction experience.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at hire.

Responsabilités

• Maintain watch over the pool area and ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons to kids and adults.
• Assist in developing, implementing and marketing swim programs.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center.
