Job summary

SafeSplash Denver (Park Hill) is seeking a Deck Supervisor to oversee pool safety and supervision. In this role, you will serve as the lifeguard on duty and ensure strict adherence to Red Cross standards during all hours of operation.

You will assist swimmers and swim instructors, respond to emergencies, and complete incident reports to support a safe, welcoming environment for families and kids in the community.

Qualifications

• Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification.
• Maintain Red Cross CPR/AED certification.
• Previous swim instruction experience required.
• Must complete lifeguarding prerequisites to ARC standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lifeguard on duty.
• Observe and patrol the pool area and enforce safety standards.
• Assist swimmers and swim instructors as needed.
• Provide emergency care until EMS arrival.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports.
