Job summary

Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management is seeking Lifeguards to monitor pool areas in Charlotte, NC. You will provide vigilant surveillance, respond quickly to emergencies, and ensure water quality by balancing chemicals.

You will also enforce pool rules, complete related documentation, and help keep facilities clean and safe for guests. Applicants must be at least 15 years old and hold valid Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications.

Qualifications

• Lifeguards must hold valid Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide pool surveillance and respond to emergencies to ensure patron safety.
• Balance and monitor pool chemicals to maintain safe water quality.
• Enforce facility pool rules and identify and address rule violations.
• Complete documentation related to safety, incident reports and daily operations.
• Clean the facility, including restrooms, and keep common areas tidy.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
