Aqua Tech Pool Management seeks a Lifeguard to ensure patron safety through vigilant pool surveillance and quick response to emergencies. You will balance chemicals, enforce rules, and maintain facilities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualified candidates hold Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications and must be at least 15 years old. This is an on-site position at our Charlotte location.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pool surveillance to ensure guest safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.

• Complete required documentation and records.
• Clean the facility, including restrooms, and assist guests.

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
