Job summary

Aqua Tech Pool Management is seeking Lifeguards to ensure pool and patron safety at our facilities. You will monitor pool areas, respond to emergencies, and maintain water quality by balancing chemicals.

Roles require strong customer service, clear communication, and adherence to safety rules. Responsibilities include documenting incidents, completing reports, and keeping the facility clean, including restrooms.

Qualifications

• Valid Lifeguarding certification.
• First Aid certification required.
• CPR/AED (Professional Rescuer) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of facilities by monitoring pool areas and responding to emergencies.
• Check and balance pool chemicals to maintain safe water quality.
• Enforce facility pool rules and policies.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports.
• Clean the facility including restrooms and surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patrons with needs.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
