Job summary

Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management is seeking Lifeguards to ensure pool safety across the assigned pod. You will monitor swimmers, respond to emergencies, balance chemicals, and enforce rules while maintaining a clean facility.

You will provide courteous customer service and document activities and incidents as required. Candidates must hold Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications and be at least 15 years old.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide pool surveillance and respond to emergencies as they arise.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
