Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management is hiring lifeguards in Matthews, NC to ensure pool safety, monitor activity from their assigned pod, and respond promptly to emergencies. You will balance chemicals, enforce pool rules, complete essential documentation, and help keep restrooms and facilities clean while delivering courteous, friendly service to patrons.

We require current Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications and a minimum age of 15.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications.
• Minimum age 15 years old.
• Excellent customer service and observation skills.

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
