The YMCA of Greater Richmond in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a part-time lifeguard to help ensure the safety of pool patrons. We welcome certified lifeguards or swimmers interested in becoming lifeguards, with certification provided if you qualify.

Availability needed is mornings and daytime between 8am-5pm. Responsibilities include safeguarding members and program participants, while upholding the YMCA's values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Job description

The Shady Grove Family YMCA is seeking a part time enthusiastic community member to help ensure the safety of patrons at our pool! Looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards (we will certify you if you qualify)! The pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour based on experience & qualifications.

We are looking for candidates that have Morning and Daytime availability between 8am-5pm.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the safety of the members and program participants.
