Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a Lifeguard to uphold safety and guest service in our indoor waterpark. You will enforce rules, monitor attractions, and proactively respond to emergencies, while embodying our Promise to Lead with Love.

Open interviews are available; candidates should be prepared to demonstrate CPR/First Aid and teamwork, with a friendly, professional presence for guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests feel welcome with friendly, courteous service.
• Work as part of a team following the Kalahari Promise and core values.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures for water park rides and maintain park cleanliness.
• Communicate attraction requirements and safety considerations to guests.
• Conduct water rescues and provide first aid/CPR as necessary.
• Regularly inspect pools and slides for hazards or safety risks.
