Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Lifeguard - Waterpark to ensure guest and associate safety across pools, hot tubs, slides, and waterpark attractions. You will apply lifesaving skills and first aid as needed, while delivering friendly, responsive service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old, hold a Starguard lifeguard certification, and demonstrate a leadership style rooted in collaboration and respect.

Qualifications

• 15 years of age or older due to state laws and regulations.
• Starguard lifeguard certification required.

Responsibilities

• Understand all waterpark policies, procedures, standards, safety guidelines and training.
• Apply lifesaving skills and first aid to guests or associates in need.
• Comply with Federal, State, County and Municipal regulations for health, safety and labor.
• Escort incidents to first aid and file rescue reports; monitor guest injuries per protocol.
• Assist with daily startup and closure of water park attractions and park cleanliness.
