Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking full-time Lifeguards to help deliver the Kalahari Experience. You will stand guard, enforce waterpark rules, and embody Lead with Love while supporting associates and guests.

Rate: $14-$17/hour with a $1000 sign-on bonus and a $500 referral bonus. Join a family-oriented team focused on safety, service, and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
• Communicate with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
• Conduct water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Stay alert and regularly inspect pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks.
