Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests and waterpark participants. The role offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling, with a pay rate of $19 per hour.

Training is provided, and certification in First Aid, CPR, and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training is required or will be pursued. The position emphasizes vigilant supervision, emergency readiness, and delivering excellent guest service within a family-friendly environment at our waterpark.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must achieve First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training certifications.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours, events, and training sessions.
• Responds to emergency situations in assigned zone.
• Assists in communicating emergency situations outside of assigned zone.
• Administers and coordinates emergency first aid as necessary.
• Enforces the rules and regulations of the waterpark.
• Advises aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
• Provides superior customer service to all guests.
• Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of waterpark to ensure neatness and order.
• Performs within Ellis Certification standards.
