Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid required.
• Proven ability to perform rescues and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot, humid conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional guest service to all guests.
• Monitor pool areas from lifeguard stands to ensure guest safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide rescue assistance as needed.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations consistently and professionally.
• Complete incident reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently when required.
