Job summary

Swan Aquatics LLC seeks a Private Event Lifeguard to oversee safety at private pool events in Clark County, NV. You will monitor the swimming area, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies to ensure a secure, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Must hold a current lifeguard certification, with 1+ year of lifeguard experience, be 18+, and proficient in swimming, first aid, CPR, and clear communication with organizers. Year-round roles offering medical benefits (Swan covers 60% of the premium).

Qualifications

• Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization (Red Cross preferred).
• At least 1 year of lifeguard experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to swim proficiently.
• Ability to perform first aid and CPR when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the swimming area to ensure guest safety during private events.
• Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Perform first aid and CPR as necessary.
• Communicate with event organizers to understand expectations.
• Educate guests on water safety and proper pool etiquette.
