Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
• Current First Aid certification from approved organizations.
• Must pass written and practical skills exam.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by monitoring pool activities.
• Respond quickly to emergencies with rescue techniques.
• Conduct regular safety checks of pool area and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote inclusivity.
