Island Palm Communities seeks a part-time Pool Attendant in Wahiawa, HI. You will supervise the pool, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies to keep patrons safe.

You must maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certifications (including CPR) and be ready to assist with daily pool operations. Responsibilities include opening/closing the pool, ensuring cleanliness, reporting maintenance needs, and presenting a professional appearance in the required uniform.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, read and write in English to follow basic instructions and communicate with staff and visitors.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and supervise pool area, enforcing rules and ensuring safety.
• Provide emergency care and treatment until EMS arrival when needed.
• Maintain required Red Cross certifications and furnish copies to the Property Manager.
• Open and close pool area at operating times; ensure gates are locked at day end.
• Keep pool area clean and in good repair; call CPO for maintenance as needed.
• Dress in prescribed uniform and maintain neat grooming.
