Qualifications

• Lifeguarding certification required per county standards.

• Montgomery County Pool Operators License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe aquatic environment and monitor pool patrons.
• Perform lifeguard duties and respond to emergencies with CPR/AED as needed.
• Test and balance water chemistry; operate filtration systems and address mechanical issues.
• Clean and sanitize pool decks and equipment; assist with pool maintenance tasks.
• Support facility operations during classes and events; manage gear and access at desks.
• Report safety concerns and policy violations in a timely manner.
