Job summary

YMCA of Central Stark County in Canton, OH, is seeking qualified lifeguards for weekday evenings and weekends. The role involves overseeing safety in the aquatic area and ensuring a rescue-ready stance during shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of age.
• Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
• Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid.
• Willingness to be trained if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area.
• Attend mandatory in-service trainings.
• Positive attitude & team player.
• Rescue ready at all times during shift.
