Qualifications

• Possess Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications (or obtain after hire).
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors like humidity, heat/cold.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee activities at the pool areas.
• Assist during emergencies and perform rescue procedures.
• Complete reports on accidents or hazards.

Job Title: Part Time Lifeguard at Elara

Join our team at Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations property, where every day feels like a vacation! We offer a premier resort atmosphere with 1,200 guest rooms & suites (studio to 4-bedroom configurations) and world-class amenities. We are seeking a Part Time Lifeguard to ensure guest safety and provide exceptional hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee activities at the pool areas.
• Assist during emergencies and perform rescue procedures as needed.
• Respond to incidents around the pool and notify authorities if necessary.
• Complete reports on accidents, hazards, or suspicious activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications (or obtain after hire).
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors like humidity, heat/cold, dust, and noise.
• Lift and move objects up to 25 pounds; assist with persons over 100 pounds.

Experience is not required; training will be provided.
