THE JOB:

As a Lead Lifeguard, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee pool staff for safety, service, cleanliness, and ambiance, coordinate with supporting departments

• Ensure staff monitors water and deck areas for safety, follows company policies, and responds to emergencies

• Report guest and employee incidents to a supervisor and complete documentation

• Ensure staff greets and interacts with guests, following service standards

• Assist guests with seating, towels, hours, amenities, ADA needs, and directions

• Respond to guest needs promptly, resolving issues creatively

• Supervise pool setup, breakdown, cleaning, linen distribution, and maintain a clean environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Lifeguard Experience

• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
