Job summary

Premier Aquatics Services LLC. is seeking a Lifeguard Manager to lead the aquatic team and uphold safety protocols. You will supervise lifeguards, conduct training, and ensure facility rules are enforced, while delivering strong customer service and supporting opening/closing procedures.

The role is part-time with hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $21.00. Candidates should be available 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays, and be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3 days per week with weekend/holiday availability.
• 1 year lifeguard or equivalent management experience.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification.
• Excellent swimming proficiency and water comfort.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifeguard staff and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for staff.
• Enforce facility rules and monitor opening/closing procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and provide backup support as needed.
• Maintain daily reports and collaborate with management.
