Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking enthusiastic part-time lifeguards for our Frank J. Thornton YMCA Aquatic Center. We will certify you if you qualify, and you will help keep swimmers safe during open hours.

The pay range is $15-$17 per hour, and an opening shift is required. Qualifications include being at least 15 years old with current CPR, AED, First Aid and a recognized lifeguard certification. Oxygen administration is preferred but not required, and the Y offers training for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Current CPR, AED, First Aid and either American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification.
• Oxygen Administration (O2) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of members and program participants at the pool.
