Job summary

The Sumner County YMCA is looking for a Lifeguard for mornings and middays to join our Aquatics Team. This part-time role supports multiple locations and helps keep pools safe and welcoming for all members.

You’ll work a flexible schedule and gain essential lifeguard skills. Training and certification are provided, including the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.

Qualifications

• No lifeguarding experience? Training provided and certification included.
• Flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

The Sumner County YMCA is Now Hiring for a Lifeguard, Mornings &middays

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Shift Availability varies by location:

- Brentwood: Hiring for morning and middays shifts

- Green Hills: Hiring for mid-day shifts

- Downtown: Hiring for early morning shift — 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM

- Donelson-Hermitage: Hiring for morning and midday shifts — 4:45 AM to 10:00 AM & 10:00AM to 4:00PM

- Sumner County: Hiring for early morning and midday shifts
