The Northwest YMCA is hiring a Lifeguard for morning and midday shifts. This part-time role starts at $14 per hour and offers opportunities for advancement based on experience. Various locations across the Nashville area provide flexible options to fit your schedule and pool coverage needs.

• No lifeguarding experience? No worries! We’ll provide all required training and certifications, including the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Shift Availability varies by location:

- Brentwood: Hiring for morning and middays shifts

- Green Hills: Hiring for mid-day shifts

- Downtown: Hiring for early morning shift — 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM

- Donelson-Hermitage: Hiring for morning and midday shifts — 4:45 AM to 10:00 AM & 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

- Sumner County: Hiring for early morning and midday shifts
