Job summary

The Bellevue YMCA in Nashville is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to join our Aquatics Team. You’ll help keep pools safe, have fun, and make an impact for members and guests.

Responsibilities include creating a safe environment, enforcing pool rules, building relationships with members, and maintaining a clean swimming area. Training and certification (American Red Cross Lifeguard) are provided; flexible evenings and weekends available.

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Shift Availability varies by location:

- Brentwood: Hiring for morning and middays shifts

- Green Hills: Hiring for mid-day shifts

- Downtown: Hiring for early morning shift - 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM

- Donelson-Hermitage: Hiring for morning and midday shifts - 4:45 AM to 10:00 AM & 10:00AM to 4:00PM

- Sumner County: Hiring for early morning and midday shifts
