Job summary

Aqua Tech Pool Management is seeking Lifeguards in Marvin, North Carolina to ensure swimmer safety and provide excellent customer service. You will monitor pool areas, respond to emergencies, balance chemicals, enforce rules, document activities, and keep restrooms clean.

Applicants must hold valid Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications and be at least 15 years old. Prior pool experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pool surveillance and respond to emergencies.
• Check and balance pool chemicals and enforce facility pool rules.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs politely.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
