Job summary

Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management is seeking lifeguards to ensure the safety of patrons at our swimming facilities in Davidson, NC. You will monitor the pool, respond to emergencies, balance chemicals, enforce rules, and document activities while keeping restrooms clean and organized.

Role requires a current Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification and a minimum age of 15. Outstanding customer service and a polite, respectful demeanor are essential to success in

Qualifications

• Certified lifeguard with active Lifeguarding certification.
• First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications required.
• Must be at least 15 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide pool surveillance and monitor safety in assigned pod.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and perform rescue procedures as needed.
• Balance chemicals, enforce pool rules, and complete required documentation.
• Clean the facility including restrooms and surrounding areas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patrons in a polite and respectful manner.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
