Job summary

Aqua Tech Pool Management is seeking lifeguards to ensure safe swimming environments and respond quickly to emergencies. You will monitor pool chemistry, enforce rules, and maintain documentation while delivering friendly customer service.

Candidates must hold lifeguard, first aid, and CPR/AED certifications and be at least 15 years old. As a lifeguard with Aqua Tech Pool Management, you will contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming facility.

Qualifications

• Must have current Lifeguard certification.
• Must have First Aid certification.
• Must have CPR/AED certification for the Professional Rescuer.

Responsibilities

• Provide pool surveillance and respond to emergencies.
• Balance and monitor chemical levels.
• Enforce pool rules and complete required documentation.
• Clean the facility, including restrooms, and assist patrons with needs.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.
