YMCA of Central Stark County is seeking qualified lifeguards for the Louisville area YMCA. Responsibilities include overseeing aquatic safety, attending trainings, and maintaining a rescue-ready posture with a positive, team-focused attitude.

The role requires at least 15 years of age and current lifeguard certifications (YMCA/Red Cross) plus CPR/First Aid. Part-time hours offer a starting wage of $12.00, with complimentary memberships and program discounts for staff.

Competenze

• At least 15 years of age.
• Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
• Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid certification.
• If not certified, willingness to be trained.

In search of:

Qualified Lifeguards - Louisville Area YMCA

Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of age

Available Hours:

• Various weekday morning and daytime shifts between 5:15am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
• Attends mandatory in-service trainings
• Positive attitude & team player
• Rescue ready at all times during shift

Starting Wage:

$12.00 - commensurate with experience
