Qualifications

• Minimum age of 15.

• Patience and the ability to communicate with all ages and levels of swimmers.
• Demonstrated ability to swim in shallow and deep water, and tread water.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist lifeguards; learn programming and emergency procedures.
• Know, understand, and consistently communicate pool policies and procedures.
