Job summary

YMCA is hiring a lifeguard in Nashville, Tennessee for a full-time role on the Aquatics Team. The position starts at $14 per hour, with shifts Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week.

You will create a safe swimming environment, enforce pool rules, build member relationships, and maintain a clean aquatic area while supporting a culture of care and safety.

Qualifications
