Job summary

SwimLabs Swim School in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard responsible for ensuring safety and preventing emergencies in the pool area. The ideal candidate will maintain Red Cross certifications, provide emergency care, and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.

This position offers flexible hours ranging from 3 to 38 hours per week, with compensation between $14.00 – $15.50 per hour based on experience and skills. Join us for a rewarding role in fostering safe swimming practices!

Qualifications

• Keep and maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED certification.
• Complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the pool area.
• Provide emergency care and treatment as required.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure the pool area is properly supervised.
