Swan Aquatics LLC is seeking a Lifeguard Coordinator for the Kirtland AFB Aquatic Center in Albuquerque, NM. You will oversee lifeguard safety, lead a posted shifts team, develop training and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with a wide range of local, federal, and base regulations.

About the Role:
The Lifeguard Coordinator at Kirtland AFB Aquatic Center is responsible for overseeing the safety and well-being of all patrons at aquatic facilities. This role involves managing a team of lifeguards, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to respond to emergencies. The coordinator will develop and implement safety protocols, conduct regular drills, and maintain compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the Lifeguard Coordinator will be tasked with scheduling shifts, managing staff performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors while fostering a culture of safety within the lifeguard team. Lifeguard Coordinator are scheduled Monday through Friday only; 5:30-8:30AM, 10:30-1:30PM, and 3:30-6:30PM . No weekends, no federal holidays. Projected schedule of support from 3:15-6:30PM.
