This position requires constant vigilance and the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies, thereby preventing accidents and injuries. Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing facility rules and regulations to promote a safe environment for all users. Additionally, they will conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness in and around the pool area. Ultimately, the Facility Lifeguard contributes to a positive and secure recreational experience for individuals and families alike.
