Job summary

Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking Lifeguards for the Christian Street YMCA in Philadelphia. Ideal candidates are 16+ with a passion for water safety and strong swimming skills. You will monitor pool activity, enforce safety rules, and help maintain a clean deck.

Weeknights and weekends availability is required. Benefits include a $500 bonus after 300 hours during the pool season, free YMCA membership, and flexible shifts.

• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or ability to pass the course
• Passionate about safety around water and strong swim skills

What is needed for this job as our Lifeguard:
