Join the Aquatics team at Six Flags! We are hiring Lifeguards and offering a Training Rate of $13.85. Enjoy benefits such as free park entry, exclusive employee ride nights, and team member events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain constant vigilance and supervision of guests in the Hurricane Harbor Waterpark.
2. Recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies using skills taught by Ellis & Associates ILTP.
3. Maintain a "Test-Ready" skill level at all times after certification.
4. Adhere to all policies, practices, and procedures outlined in the Ellis & Associates ILTP program.
5. Assist in other areas of the Aquatics Department as needed.
6. Attend 4 hours of in-service training each month.
7. Enforce all Six Flags policies and communicate safety policies to guests.
8. Maintain regular, prompt attendance and a clean work environment.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum age of 15; must be at least 16 to obtain the Special Facilities License.
2. Ability to communicate effectively.
3. Successfully pass all lifeguard training and licensing through Jeff Ellis & Associates, including practical and written tests demonstrating water rescue, first aid, and CPR skills.
4. Remain calm in stressful and emergency situations.
5. Capable of exiting from a pool or attraction without ladders, steps, or a zero-depth exit.
6. Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
7. Professional, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and enthusiastic.
8. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
