The JCCOTP is looking for qualified lifeguards to join our team for summer 2025. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of patrons in and around the pool. Additional responsibilities include observing and enforcing all aquatic policies, rules, and regulations, recognizing and responding efficiently in emergencies, and participating in monthly staff in-services. Various shifts are available. Salary ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must hold valid Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.

Salary:

Under $25,000 annually.

The Kaplen JCC on the Palisades aquatic center features a six-lane, 25-meter indoor pool; a heated indoor kid-sized training pool; a five-lane, 25-meter outdoor pool with a diving board; and outdoor intermediate and baby pools, as well as a water park.
