Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00

Lifeguard Job Description

• Maintain constant surveillance of patrons and act immediately with appropriate measures to secure safety of patrons in the event of an emergency.
• Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of EMS.
• Assist in proper maintenance and sanitary upkeep of the pool and pool area. Including vacuuming, cleaning, setting up of chairs and pool supplies.
• Enforce pool policies, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain daily log of pool chemical levels.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Provide written reports on all accidents.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older
• Must have a current Lifeguard Certification
• Must have current CPR training and certification
• Must have current First Aid Certification
• Must have a flexible schedule, holidays and weekends will be required.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner.
