Job summary

Robertson County YMCA in Tennessee is hiring a part-time Lifeguard to join our Aquatics Team. You will help keep pools safe, have fun, and make a positive impact on YMCA members.

No prior lifeguarding experience? Training and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification are provided. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

The Robertson County YMCA is Now Hiring for a Lifeguard

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Shift Availability varies by location:

• Brentwood: Hiring for morning and middays shifts
• Green Hills: Hiring for mid-day shifts
• Downtown: Hiring for early morning shift — 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• Donelson-Hermitage: Hiring for morning and midday shifts — 4:45 AM to 10:00 AM & 10:00AM to 4:00PM
• Sumner County: Hiring for early morning and midday shifts
