The Margaret Maddox YMCA in Nashville is hiring a Lifeguard for a part-time role. Join our Aquatics Team to help keep pools safe, welcome members, and support a positive, fun environment around the water.

We provide all required training and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. Flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, across multiple locations, with a team that values respect, honesty, responsibility and caring.

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Shift Availability varies by location:

• - Brentwood: Hiring for morning and middays shifts
• - Green Hills: Hiring for mid-day shifts
• - Downtown: Hiring for early morning shift — 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• - Donelson-Hermitage: Hiring for morning and midday shifts — 4:45 AM to 10:00 AM & 10:00AM to 4:00PM
• - Sumner County: Hiring for early morning and midday shifts
