In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests and visitors by maintaining a watchful eye over the swimming area. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming activities and ensure patrons adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and performing water rescues as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by inspecting swim areas, deck spaces, and equipment regularly.
• Communicate professionally with guests, offering assistance and guidance when required.
• Conduct regular safety drills and keep accurate records of swimming activities and incidents.
• Uphold strong knowledge of all safety equipment and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers certification.
