Job summary

Nimble is seeking an observant lifeguard to ensure the safety of athletes and visitors at our aquatic facility. You will explain safety rules, enforce policies, monitor areas, and assist with emergencies and first aid. You will inspect pool areas, locker rooms, and restrooms, and maintain records.

Top candidates are excellent communicators, swift to assess situations, physically fit, and able to work varying shifts while keeping facilities clean and orderly.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking to recruit an observant lifeguard to ensure the safety of athletes and

visitors to our aquatic facility. The lifeguard will explain safety rules to patrons, warn them

about unsafe situations, and enforce aquatic facility policies. You also will play an

instrumental role in maintaining orderliness by inspecting swimming pool areas, locker

rooms, and restrooms.

To ensure success, you need to assess situations swiftly and make judicious decisions

regarding the safety of swimmers. You will be responsible for emergency response,

rescues and first aid should these situations arise. Top candidates are excellent

communicators, swift, and safety-minded.

Lifeguard Responsibilities:
